                     Chicken with basmoti rice healthy recipe


Strips of chicken breast in a creamy, light curry sauce, served with
           spiced basmoti rice
We all parents love to our kids. they are all favorite to us. Maximum time they likes to eat fast food But it is not healthy for them all time. It is our responsibility that makes that types of food, drinks, deserts what is yummy, healthy, delicious and also healthy for them. Now I share a healthy recipe for our kids.

 Healthy recipe servings   4
Healthy preparation time 20 minute
Ingredients:
! tbsp olive oil
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp all spice
2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 small red chili, seede and chopped
4 garlic clives, crushed
4 canned pulm tomatoes, drained
Grated rind and juice of 1 lime
1 tsp sugar
Salt as like as you can
4 chicken breasts, boned, skined
and cut into strips
250 ml creme fratche
spiced basmoti rice
(Sliced apple 1/4 cop, grated carrot 1/4 cup,
 grapes 1/4 cup,Pineapple sliced 1/4 cup)
2 tbsp mayannaise
for fruit salad.

For the preparation
1.     Squeeze all the pulp and juice from the kiwi fruit, using a lemon squeezer: mix with the lime juice and rind and the sugar syrup.
2.     Place the mixture in an icecream maker and churn for 12 minutes.
3.     Stirr in the egg white and churn for another 10 minutes, until the ice is just firm, Serve decorated with fruit salad.
4. Mix all the fruits with mayonnaise and makes salad


                                                  Chicken Saltimbocca

The roman dish traditionally made with veal, combines the richness of marsala
       With the delicate flavor of prosciutto wrapped around pieces of chicken.

Children healthy recipe preparation time 20 minutes


Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boned, skined
and halved crosswise flour for dusting
Salt as like as you
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp saffloweroil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
8 marjoram sprigs
2 tsp coarse-ground balk pepper
8 slices of prosciutto
1/2 cup(125) Marsala
1/2 cup (125) white wine
Spinach with  walnuts & lemon to serve

How to make the children healthy recipe

1.     Using a meat mallet or a rolling pin, beat the chicken pieces between sheets of damp waxed paper until they are about 1/4in thick.
2.     Dust the chicken lightly with flour and sprinkle with salt. Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet with the garlic, add the chicken and fry on both sides until golden, about three minutes.
3.     Remove the chicken from the skillet. Place a sprig of marjoram and a quarter teaspoon of pepper on each chicken piece, then wrap each in a slice of prosciutto.
4.     Return the chicken to the skillet and cook gently for another 5 minutes, making sure that the prosciutto does not burn.
5.     Add the Marsala and wine, now cook the chicken another 3 minutes, turning. Serve with pan juices, and some spinach with walnuts and lemon.

Listening the song and bangali eating the winter season pitha can you imagine the scenery ? I also can...........................

Bangladesh is a favorite plaground of "Pitha Poli".. bangladesh is called the queen of pitha.Pitha is a local verson of cake. Ground rich, molasses, and milk are the basic ingredients for almost all the pithas. But there are variations in terms of regions and life style. In some area a hot and spicy flavors dominate, while in other areas is a sweet test, which is predominate.

Among the many variations and choices, Vapa, Dhopi, Chitai, Dodh Chitai, Poli, Dodh Poli, Patishapta, Mokhsholla, Choi Pitha or Shemai Pitha are the common one. Many delicious deserts Recipes are made by the date juice. Winter has setting how can we go without winter pitha?                                                Papaya With Berries

                     Very the filling with whatever fruit is available: sliced kiwi fruit,
                           litchis, or other favorites. Lime juice enhances the flavor.

2 small papaya or honeydew melons
halved and seeded175g mixed berries

Place the mixed berries in each papaya half. If you have a sweet tooth, stir the sugar into the lime juice, then pour over the berries.

We are very busy in our daily life. If we have not enough time to cook food for a long time then we can walk in a easy way.Though we are housewife it is our personal problem that make easy food, give quick service, save our time and keep fit.

This is winter season. this season we get a lot of carrot.We get vitamin A and a host of other powerful health benefits including beautiful skin, cancer prevention, and anti-aging .We get maximum benefit from this vegetable.

 Carrot recipe preparation time 30 minutes.

                                                         Carrot haloa

Ingredients:  Carrot Pest 4 cup
Zero cal 1 and half cup
Powder milk 1cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Elachi 4 pieces
Darochini 2 slices
Kismis 50g
Nut 50g

Heat the remaining ghee in a big skillet, add the carrot, elachi and darochi to the skillet, cook over for 5 minutes in a moderate heat.
Now add Zero cal,  and milk powder to the to the skillet's mixture and cook over another 25 minutes in low heat.
Give half kismis, and nut to it, remove from the gas oven.
Serve the carrot haloa decorate with green grapes and nut.

Carrot Gravy Milk Recipes Prepartion Time         45 minutes

Ingredients:
Grated Carrot 1 cup (big size)
Cow pure milk 1 liter
Ghee 3tbsp
Sugar 1 cup (big size)
Elachi 2pices
Darochini 1 piece
Kismis 1/5 cup
Nut 1/5 cup

                                               For The Preparation
Heat the remaining ghee in a medium skillet, add the carrot, elachi,drochini and cook over 5 minutes in a moderate heat. Keep aside to cool.

Boil 1 liter milk  and sugar in a medium large skillet and cook over 30 minutes in a moderate heat,
after 30 minutes add the carrot to the milk. Cook over another 5 minutes, add kismis, nut and remove the skillet from gas oven.

                                                X Mas Pineapple delicious cake

Cake Recipe servings:  8
Cake Recipe preparation time:  60 seconds.
                                                

Ingredients:
Butter 200gm
Sugar 200 gm
Flour 200gm
Egg 4 pieces                                                                                                        
Fresh cream 50gm
Pineapple sliced 1 cup                                                                                      
Red grapes 50gm
Sinamon 1/2tbsp

1.     Keep butter, sugar, egg and fresh cream in a bowl. Mix them slowly with a spoon.
2.     Give cloves, coco powder to the mixture.Mix it until well mixed. Add wine, brandy, grapes,pineapple to the mixture.

Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Sinamon powder1/2 tbsp
Cloves 1/2 tbsp
Ram 1 tsp
Brandy 1tbsp

1.     Keep remaining butter, sugar, egg in a bowl. Beat it very well.
2.     Take another bowl, keep flour, coco powder, baking powder, sinamon powder, cloves to the bowl, mix it and with sugar mixture.

3.    Mix black graves, palm slice, orange slice,ram, brandy and wine with it.
4.     Pour the mixture in a baking dish and bake in the pre heated oven for 25-30 minutes.

                                                     Vegetable soup recipe


In winter we like to drink a cup of hot soup. We can get different types of vegetable, so I would to give a vegetable soup recipe. I think you will enjoy with it.

Soup recipe servings 6
Soup recipe cooking time 5 minutes.

Ingredients;
Carrot sliced 1 cup
Coly flower sliced 1 cup
Papaw sliced 1cup
Tomato sliced 1 cup                                                                                                            

Onion sliced 4 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Chicken stock 5 cup
Ginger pest 1/2 tsp
Salt as like as you wish
Green chili sliced 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White Pepper 1 tsp
Basil sliced 1/2 cup

                                                 How to make

1.     Boil 2 liter water in a big skillet. add all the vegetable and cook over 5 minutes.
2.     Heat the butter in another skillet, fry the onion, add chicken stock and cook over 5 minutes.


3.     Give all types of vegetable, ginger pest, soya sauce, green chili, and cook over another 5 minutes.
4.     Serve the yummy  hot soup with the prawn dram stick.

                                                    Tomato soup recipe

Soup recipe preparation time 15 minutes

Ingredients;
Tomato 1/2 kg
Ginger pest 1/2 tsp
Garlic pest 2 tbsp
 Chili sauce 2 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Medium size prawn 1/2 cup (unpeeled)
water 1 and half liter
 Salt as like as you wish
Sugar 2 tbsp
Mint leaves for decoration                                                             
 Olive oil 2tbsp
Onion sliced 2tbsp                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
                                                                                How to make

1.     Boil all the tomato in a medium large skillet. Blend it until well blended.
2.     Heat the remaining olive oil in a small pan, give sliced onion and prawn, cook over 5 minutes in a moderate heat.                 

2.     Heat 2 liter water in  a skillet , add blended tomato, ginger pest, garlic pest, sugar. salt, cooked prawn, white pepper and cook for the 10 minutes.Now give green chili and basil.

4.     Serve the soup decorate with mint leaves.

We can prepare this soup only 15 minutes. It is really very very yummy.



 Food value of soup:
Soup has low in Saturated fat, low Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin A, Iron, Potassium, Copper and a very good source of Vitamin C.                                                                       
Soup has very high Sodium, and a large protein  of the calories in this food come from sugar.

Cow Milk 1 liter

Banana cube 1/2 cup
Mango cube 1/2 cup
Grapes cube 1/4 cup
Fruit cake  2 pieces (cube)
Kalo Jum 2 pieces (cube)

 Boil the Remaining milk and sugar in a skillet. When the  milk will be  1/3 liter, add 1/2 cup water with castured powder and then pour it to the skillet's milk., cook over 1 minute.
When the mixture will thicky,  add remaining vannila essence, cook for about1 minute,  remove the skillet and keep aside to cool.
Now bananacube, mango cube, apple cube, 2 tbsp sugar,2 cups water take in a  bowl, keep it for 5 minutes.

Take a serving bowl, keep all kinds of fruits, cake cube, sweet cube  and gravy milk to the bowl, slowly, slowly mix the custard with a medium size spoon.
Ok. Your custard is ready now, keep the serving bowl in the refrigerator for 1/2 an hour.
